SECTION 1: Definition of Authority
The Order is nominally a democracy and all members are
free to express their opinions and beliefs. By joining the Order the member acknowledges the Order's
command structure and laws. By accepting the member, the Order acknowledges its responsibility to
assist the member in time of need.
There are two separate groups within the Order Command
Structure, Officers and the Council. The Officers are responsible for conducting the daily tasks of
the Order. The Council is responsible for governing the order, updating the by-laws, hearing disputes
amongst members, deciding punishment for members who break the Order's laws, and making decisions
regarding the governing of the Order.
