Not a certain guildry, but from the old to the youngest.
Asked from one, "For this order, do we have a name?"
And from these mighty leaders, Vazar did exclaim,
"The Dragon Shield! It clearly says our force!"
This name to all appealed, a name surely to endorse.
'Tis the Dragon Shield coming your way
Research of Elanthia is not our only forte
Defend Therengia, this we do with great honor
Aid those in need: the young, or the wanner.
Equality we do promote, along with freedom for all
We are The Dragon Shield, we won't backstep or fall.
A motto was needed as they planned this order out
Many things were heeded, then Purrlin let out a shout
"For all the swords and protection, I have the very one!
'Many Swords, One Shield!' This should be the one!"
The Founders soon agreed and quickly made their plans
They gathered up their lore and set out across the lands
The Dragon Shield born that day is strong years later
Proudly we stand to show our strength has grown greater!
